overview

Objectives

The 4 specific objectives

l’intero percorso progettuale.
01

Green Curriculum Development

GREENFIT develops a comprehensive sustainability training curriculum built around two core themes: climate change adaptation and circular economy. Grounded in a thorough needs assessment across four partner countries, the curriculum integrates scientific research, industry input, and practical tools to equip learners with the skills required by today's green economy.

02

Training the Trainers

A dedicated Train-the-Trainers programme turns selected researchers, educators, and industry professionals into certified sustainability experts. These first-tier experts then cascade their knowledge to employees in manufacturing companies, creating a self-reinforcing network of green expertise across Türkiye, Italy, Poland, and Sweden.

03

Open-Access E-Learning Platform

GREENFIT builds a multilingual, freely accessible e-learning platform hosting the full training programme in four languages. Enhanced with gamification features and real-world industrial case studies, the platform ensures that sustainability knowledge reaches learners beyond the project's duration and geographic scope.

04

Transnational Pilot Training

Trained sustainability experts lead hands-on pilot sessions with employees from at least 10 manufacturing companies per partner country — reaching a minimum of 100 professionals across the consortium. This transnational testing phase validates the curriculum in real industrial contexts and drives measurable behavioural change towards sustainable practices.
