Il consorzio GREENFIT riunisce 5 organizzazioni complementari da 4 paesi — combinando expertise accademica, conoscenza industriale e consulenza sulla sostenibilità per guidare la transizione verde nel settore manifatturiero.

Ogni partner contribuisce con la propria specializzazione: dalla ricerca sui bisogni formativi allo sviluppo dei materiali, dalla sperimentazione pilota alla disseminazione dei risultati.

METU-TEKPOL

Science and Technology Policy Research Center — Ankara

TEKPOL conducts interdisciplinary research and graduate education on technological change, innovation policy, and economic transformation. It analyzes how emerging technologies, digitalization, and green transitions reshape industries, skills, and development pathways. Within GREENFIT, TEKPOL acts as overall coordinator, managing the project and supporting the development of green skills needed for industry’s transition toward a greener economy.

Ankara Chamber of Industry (ACI)

Founded in 1963, ACI is a leading non-profit professional organization representing nearly 10,000 members. Its mission is to drive Ankara’s industrial growth through high-added value, innovation, and environmental sensitivity. ACI excels in vocational education and training (VET), bridging the gap between labour market needs and industrial skills. Within GREENFIT, ACI leads Work Package 2 (Sustainability Framework and Needs Assessment), analyzing sustainability skill gaps and managing cross-border surveys.

University of Gdańsk — CZRUG

Centre for Sustainable Development — Gdańsk

One of Poland’s leading universities with over 25,000 students and more than 1,700 academic staff, UG is active in international research and co-creates the European University of the Seas SEA-EU. The university’s Centre for Sustainable Development (CZRUG) supports initiatives in energy transition, sustainability education, and green campus development. As WP5 leader, UG designs and implements the project’s comprehensive communication and dissemination strategy, and co-develops training modules with The Sustainability Collaborative.

Università Federico II — DISP

Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche — Napoli

The University of Naples Federico II is the oldest publicly funded university in Europe, founded in 1224. Today it offers 155 graduate-level programmes across 26 departments with nearly 90,000 students. UNINA-DISP leads Work Package 4, overseeing all pilot training activities and coordinating the deployment of the online training portal with gamification features. UNINA also leads the project’s visual identity and the official website, and contributes to translation of materials into Italian.

The Sustainability Collaborative

Sustainability Consultancy — Svezia

The Sustainability Collaborative brings deep expertise in sustainability consultancy and green transition for manufacturing companies. As WP3 leader, it co-develops training modules with the University of Gdańsk, ensuring scientific accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with the climate and sustainability challenges faced by SMEs in the industrial sector.
